Hi everyone
I wanted to post my ADR's for my upcoming trip and get some feedback and see if anyone has suggestions. Be honest if you think I've picked a not so great restaurant. There will be 4 of us (myself, DH, DD7, DS5). These are spread out during our trip...not all the same day....LOL:rotfl2:

Chef Mickeys for breakfast
Sci Fi Dinner Theater lunch
Tepan Edo(sp) dinner
Captains Grille dinner
Kona Cafe breakfast and dinner
Cape May Cafe breakfast

Thanks for any input you can give....:cheer2:

Chef Mickey's -- we ate dinner, not breakfast, so can't help with the food- - but the atmosphere was fun for the kiddos and the character interaction was great. I think your kids will love this

Sci Fi: We ate lunch there in December. We stuck to the burgers as recommended on the DIS. They were great -- it is ALOT of food, IMHO, I gave half of my burger to DH and DS ate the rest of my fries. Atmosphere was great and we had a wonderful server. Again, I think your kids will love it -especially sitting in a car. Definitely insist on sitting in the car. We waited a whole of 10 minutes to get in one.

Haven't eaten at the others - but I have eaten at Ohana and Kona was always crowded - which I take as a good sign.

Your list looks good to me. I was not thrilled with Sci Fi. The food was not horrible but the whole thing is just some place I will not probably return to. There is better food elsewhere

The only place that I have eaten on your list is Chef Mickey's, which I am
sure your kids will love!
The only suggestion I would offer is to not do the same restaurant
twice, even though you are doing two different meals. 'Ohana
gets rave reviews. Maybe you could go there for dinner and
do Kona for breakfast. Just a suggestion...have fun!!

OTOH, Sci-Fi is the ONLY ADR that we did last year that we are repeating this year. We aren't really picky eaters, but we thought the food was great, the milkshakes outstanding, and the atmosphere can't be beat. We were there at lunch, DH had the burger, and I had some kind of chicken sandwich, also we had the onion rings YUM and the appetizer dip YUMMIER! We really loved it, and I hope we have the same experience this year, as we have raved about it so much to my parents, who are coming with us.....

I second the idea of not eating at the same restaurant twice....Ohana has a character breakfast with lilo and stitch, maybe your kids would like that????

Chef Mickeys we did for breakfast-kids loved it
Sci-Fi lunch--hubby loved it, my kids didn't like it(I think the shows freaked 'em out!!)
O'Hana we did for breakfast, it was really good.
Haven't been to the others, but I will add a few if you are looking for suggestions-the Rose and Crown in the UK at Epcot is wonderful!!We also love Nine Dragons, but I think it's closed for refurb. Also, we like Germany-it's buffet and some people don't like that-but the atmosphere is wonderful.
Oh-we did do Cape May-I forgot!! Character breakfast-it was really cool-they loooooved it. They also like Cosmic Rays over in Tomorrow land. Is Tony's still closed(on Main Street), we really liked that place-we are Lady & the Tramp fans. But no matter where you eat-it's Disney!:woohoo:
