My family also does the "nap or swim" thing at the hotel. You need to allow more time for transportation between parks and resorts. It can take up to 1 hour to get from a park to a resort. (At least, that's what I always plan. If it's less, then I have more time for that power nap!) If you are moving from one resort to another, it can take even longer!

Hey! We'll be there at the same time! We'll be checking in for one night (April 30) at POP, then heading over to BWV for rest of our trip. We're also planning on going to MK on Sunday, so maybe we'll cross paths. I'll be sure to have one of those lime green Mickey paint squares hooked onto our backpack! :earboy2:

Oh, and by the way, your schedule looks great! :flower:

Thanks for the tip Marie! I tried to schedule enough time each day for transportation, so I'll make sure we allow plenty of time :) This is actually the first time we're relaxing in the middle of the day...last time DH and I were Disney commandos! :rotfl:

Thanks Pixiedusttravel! I'll have one of the Mickey paint samples too...maybe we will cross paths! I don't think I'd approach anyone just wearing lime green, it's too common of a color these days :flower:
Are you getting excited? Only 26 days!

areno79 - We'll be there the same time as you and pixiedusttravel. We will also be celebrating our anniversary, but ours will be the 20th! I still haven't figured out an itinerary.(Maybe I'll use yours - just kidding). Have a great trip and Happy Anniversary!

That's fine, Eeyore, we can share the itinerary :) We'll probably be so tired when we get there we'll throw the itinerary out the window! :rotfl2:

That's what DH says. He wants to know why I am trying so hard to make an itinerary because we never follow them.

I would recommend adding a PS at Rose and Crown for catching the Illuminations show. Make it for 7:30 - 8:00ish and have some snacks later in the afternoon to get you through until then. When you get to R&C request a waterside view, it is the best place to watch illuminations from.....

Other thatn that you itinerary looks great, a litle too planned for my liking, ie order of things, but I have been there enough times that I am not upset if I only go on 1 ride per day. and if the 1 I want to go on has a long line, I skip it and come back anotehr day....You may want to double check the new attactions as well, I see you are missing Soarin and the new stunt spectacular at MGM.....

I would love to eat at R&C, but DH and the kids won't go for it. :sad2: The most adventurous food they'll get is at the counter service in Mexico :confused3 I do want to go see Illuminations, so maybe we'll do that Tuesday or Friday. I'm not putting it on the itinerary as I don't want every night to be a late night, but it's one of those "play it by ear" type of things :)

Thanks for the reminder about Soarin' too! I'm personally not that interested in the Stunt Car Show, but Soarin' is a must see. :teeth: I'm sure my DH will want to go to the stunt show, maybe he can take the kids while I go get a massage at the GF :cloud9:
