We've been planning to go to Florida Dec 4 - Dec 11 of this year, but now I'm thinking about switching it to Dec 18 - Dec 25. Christmas this year is on a Saturday, so the days at Universal would be Mon - Sat (Dec 20 - Dec 25). It would work well since then the kids would miss less school (PLEASE let's not start a debate about that) and it would feel even more like a Christmas trip. (Last year, we went to WDW in early Dec as a family Christmas trip/gift, but then the kids ended up expecting a regular full Christmas anyway. Go figure those kids. . .
)
Low crowds is high priority for us though, and I'm not sure how Dec 18 - Dec 25 would be. I'm thinking it MIGHT be okay since schools will be open most of that week with Christmas being on a Saturday.
What do y'all think?
Oh, we'll be staying on-site when at Universal. It would be Dec 18 - Dec 20 at SeaWorld and Dec 20 - Dec 25 at Universal.
