What Do You Think - 75 Years Of Mickey As - PINS

What do you think of this. Would you collect them!!!

I WOULD!!!!!

We would LOVE if Disney would put out a new series
of the 75 YEARS OF MICKEY STATUE pins (The ones
that are all at MK now).

Each pin should be at least 1 & 3/4" to 2" and limited
to 1500 each. Hopefully no more than $8.50 a pin.

But what a collection that would be!!!! Most of them
are just plain COOL. They could even introduce them
at this years FESTIVAL OF THE MASTERS!!!

Excellent idea Dana! They could release them like they did in DL with the 100 Mickeys series!

Let's see...I'd want the tourist Mickey, the chocolate Mickey, the Detroit Redwings Mickey, the "Ellen"land Mickey, the Steamboat Willie Mickey, the Beauty and the Beast Mickey (oh, there wasn't one?), well, ok, I'd want them all! What a cool framed set! And Disney should donate all the proceeds to the individual charities that each Mickey represents..LOL!

I reallly am hoping that they do these as a series!!!

The pins really would go over big and YES especially
if Disney contributes a portion of the sales to each
charity.

I think it would go over big. They could also have
a really cool poster/litho for the Festival of the Masters

Maybe even take some of the AP pins with the designers
autograph and put them up on the Auction site and also
raise some money for the Charity.

Now I would buy that entire set If only they would. Especially the RedWing one and the one where he's wearing "mouseears" I think he had a picture of Walt on his t-shirt. Can't remember which one he was when I was there last weekend he was on your right as you came from the resort buses.

I would definately buy them, except maybe the Rosie O'Donnell one, what a waste of a beautiful Mickey. What was she thinking? All that yellow paint splashed on some decopaged photos? UGLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would even take time off work to be there when they are released so I would be sure to get all of them. Of course I could beg one of you FL residents to do the lines for me......... Peggie

I would love for this to be a pin set. I would go broke collecting them all, but OMG, this would be such a great collection to have. Maggie

I recall discussing this with someone before (and reading it) that they will not be able to do this.

Apparently there were some licensing issues with the celebrities that helped to design some of these and because of that they could not get the go ahead to make these as pins.

These would be really cool pins though.

Disney being a power that they are, should be able
to find away to make this a charity event and the
stars should be more than happy to participate to
earn money for as many charities as possible!!!!

Us as pin collectors would buy buy buy and one
and all would benefit.

They have plenty of time to get this accomplished
before the Festival Of The Masters..........

We really hope that a higher up might see this
and take it on and make it happen........

I for one will email as many as possible to see
if we can get some kind of an answer............
