The wrist band they get at the kids club. They can keep it or they can give it back at the end of the cruise. If you keep it it's like $12 that will be charged to your account.

Bingo is our fave!! A lot of fun for families, yes kids can play, and there are always a few fun giveaways like a free photo or a spa pass!!

Specialty coffees, alcoholic drinks, drink classes, my souvenir is typically a t-shirt from the ship, wife will not drink ship water so we purchase bottled water, once in a blue moon we purchase a picture or two, bike riding on CC, Palo and or Remy.

We are looking at going on our first DCL cruise. Since it's already more than we typically spend on a vacation I'm wondering what else we should plan on for spending money. I know about tips for our servers, etc.

Soft drinks and all food is included, correct? What else do you typically spend additional money on? Thanks!

It really is possible to spend very little if you choose. We like to holiday pre and post cruise so save any extra cash for that. We take on bottled water and small amount of alcohol. Excursions at Port we plan and do by ourselves very cheaply.
We have in the past bought the odd cocktail, done a mixology class, played bingo with Grandma and bought one or two DCL souvenirs.
Our next cruise is Alaska this year and we will only spend on one or two mid range $150 excursions!

On my last Fantasy cruise in August, prices for the early sessions were $30/6 paper cards, $40/24 electronic cards, $50/48 electronic cards, and a family pack for $80/2x24 electronic cards and 2x6 paper cards. One session in the middle of the week you got double the # of cards for the same price, and for the final session the prices changed - there was no more family pack - you could buy 6 paper cards for $40, or 36/72 electronic cards for $70/90, with a $10 loyalty discount if you played at least 3 times before the final session.

Yes the prizes are "cash" and will be awarded to your stateroom account.

They have been removed from all of the other ships and I would venture to say that it will disappear from the Wonder when it goes in for its next dry dock. They have found its a wasted use of the space.

In addition to drinks, excursions, we also spent money on:
Wine package -we did 3bottles for 11 night cruise. Good price and selection. We bought other drinks on the ship here and there and did alcohol/drink making/tastings, too.
Laundry - I did 8-10 loads (family of 4 over a 15 day land/sea combo). laundry machines were decently large, so was able to fit quite a bit.
Cleaning/pressing- we boarded ship on day 6 of our trip and needed our jeans and pants washed then and did not know the laundry machines were as big as they were,but did not want to spend day 1 doing laundry. Price per pants was reasonable. They also pressed a couple of nicer pieces that were sadly very wrinkled once unpacked.
DCL souvenirs in gift shop- depends on what you want: t-shirts? Mugs? D&B?

I have never been on a Disney cruise, but am planning to go when my son is 4, so 3 years from now. I see that everyone is mentioning spending money on Polo and Remy for brunch. I thoguht that all meals were included? My sister just took a cruise last year and all of the room service was free of charge. Is that not the case?
