What do you put on your Pulled Pork sandwich?

I'm making pulled pork sandwiches for the first time today. I already have it cooking in the crock pot. I bought some cole slaw to put on top of mine (I've had it like that before) but no other people in this household like cole slaw. They will probably want some kind of cheese maybe?

Do you put cheese on your pulled pork sandwich. If so, what kind?

Also barbeque sauce. No cheese.

Another vote for Eastern NC sauce and slaw. Cheese is a no no.

I haven't really seen anything but coleslaw (and BBQ sauce, obviously) on pulled pork. But then, I'm from where "barbeque" is sloppy joe, so I'm hardly an expert.
