I don't like cottage cheese, EXCEPT in my homemade lasagna.
Geez, I haven't made that in years, though, it costs a fortune to make, and I can buy a perfectly acceptable frozen one at the grocery store for less than half of that.

My daygo wop wife makes a killer lasgna....If I ever catch her putting cottage cheese in it...I'll have her deported!!!
