What do you make with boneless, skinless chicken breasts?

Would anyone be interested in Indian Chicken Recipes? They tend to be in the spicier side but I have many whose ingredients you will get at your local grocery store. Either pm me or post and i will post them for all.

Please post them. I'd love to have them and I'm sure others are also interested.

Scrapper can be chefs too. Not sure what you consider much feedback but there are 8 replies and one of them has several recipes. Just because the CCS board doesn't move as fast as the CB doesn't mean you won't get feedback. You just have to be patient and not judge. :rolleyes1
Didn't mean to offend anyone. I was trying to be funny, not snarky. I was on my way to the store and I needed some really quick ideas. At that time I had only gotten 2 replies.

Thank you all very much for the recipes! I can't wait to try them. :woohoo:

One of my favorite easy ways to make chicken which has lots of flavors is to sprinkle with garlic, top with a couple of sliced tomatoes and then cover the whole thing with sliced cheese or shredded cheese. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and browned. Very yummy!! And it's quick and easy.

We eat alot of chicken and lately I've been tired of the same ole' stuff, so I've been trying different things out.

Chicken and potato bake
I use diced chicken (a one pound package pre-cooked) and a package of Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onions. Mix in a large bowl 1 can of cream of chicken with mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of celery soup and a half container of sour cream, some salt and ground pepper, add one bag of shredded sharp cheddar. Mix well. Add the Simply Potatoes and the diced chicken. Place in a 13x9 pan sprayed with no-stick spray. Bake at 350 for approx 45min to 1 hour.
You could substitute the chicken for chopped ham as well.

I'm also into crock pots/slow cooking.
First I use those new bags by Reynolds Wrap that you insert into the crock pot and then just throw away! Totally awesome product!!
I take 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and place them in the crock pot. Salt and pepper them. In a bowl mix same soups as above (or any cream soups you like) also add a entire container of sour cream and a packet of Lipton Onion mix. Pour on top of chicken a cook on Low for approx 8 hrs or High for 4 hrs. Serve with noodles, mashed potatoes or rice. The chicken falls apart it's so tender and the gravy it makes is Yum-O!!!!! :teeth:

We cook chicken all the time. Most of the time I just mix some spices with a small amount of olive oil and rub it on the chicken and then bake for 10 min each side in 400 degree oven. However since I am trying to mix it up and cook more healthy I also look at Cooking Lights web site. One recipe I found is Broccoli and Chicken casserole. We love it. We have made it several times for friends as well and they always want the recipe. Here is the link:

We usually serve it with rice. Also it is relatively quick to prepare and makes great leftovers.
