What do you love about BLT?

We just passed ROFR and are trying to decide where to stay for our first trip as DVC members. We are strongly considering staying at Bay Lake Towers due to its proximity to MK but aren't hell-bent on it. What do you enjoy about staying there?

Proximity to MK
A good QS restaurant
2 full bathrooms in the 1BR (and 3 bathrooms in the 2BR)
Sleeper chair in the 1BR.

Walking back and forth to MK.

I also actually like the contemporary/sleek design.

The extra bathroom in a 1br is nice too (we stay in 1brs a lot).

I love leaving the MK after the fireworks and looking at the long lines for the monorail, boats, and buses. Then making the left turn onto the walkway and being able to take my time and feel rushed.

Not sure of your family size but one of the selling points for me was the layout of the studio. With the walled off kitchen area it makes travelling with early morning people really easy.

I also enjoy being able to just head over to TOWL and enjoy a drink before we head out for the night or head in for the night depending on the schedule

Since you will be owners and stay at all of the resorts during the next 10, 20, 30 plus years, just pick what's available and stay there. Keep a bullet list of what you like and don't like about each resort so you don't forget over the years. In no time you will decide on your favorites.
