What do you like on PASTA?

oh no i do it all the time.. italiian sweet sausage peaches with penne and gruyere cheese with a ton of basil!! it's a awesome summer meal!

Peaches, that's interesting....I'll have to try it out. :)

I love to toss some pasta in a light olive oil with some balsamic vinegar, add some veggies and feta cheese and YUM!

That sounds pretty tasty. However, I highly doubt that it is as good as Trader Sam's village made stew. The only problem with his stew, is that all too often the main ingredient his is current wife. But she always does make a great stew. One can read more about it on the weather updates thread. If ye' dare to!

Diced chicken and diced summer sausage with a basil tomato sauce.

I don't believe that I take your meaning? Hence, please clarify. Merci!

I cut up chicken into chunks, coat it in flour, salt, and fresh ground pepper, pan fry in a small amount of olive oil. then I remove it from the pan, add some heavy cream to the oil, a bit of flour, salt and pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Makes a yummy alfredo sauce. serve over fettuccine. Frying the chicken adds a bit of crunch, and keeps it nice and tender without taking forever to cook.

Does frying the battered chicken in the pan, leave bit of batter than make lump in the cream sauce?

This is a problem I've had so I make cream sauce in it's own pan.

Chicken gravy and sharp cheddar over thick spaghetti. Haven't had it in a long time, but it's fatty and tasty.

I'm going to have breakfast pasta tonight....
