What Do You Like from the Main St. Bakery for Breakfast?

Well, the title of the thread says it all.

I know that everyone loves the french toast loaf, but we are going with a group of 11 and we were going to grab a smorgasbord of stuff on our first day at the park. While the little ones are off at Dumbo, my brothers and I will be grabbing breakfast.

What does everyone like from the Bakery? Any other specialities other than the french toast loaf? Can we get everything put into bags or is everything on a tray (the posts in the food picture thread show everything on a tray)?

Thanks for your thoughts!

We had breakfast on the run there and everything was great--I think most of the Disney food is just okay, but the bakery was really good. I believe I had a cinnamon roll that was quite good, and sampled what my kids had (can't remember what) they were good too!

The cinnamon roll is great and HUGE! The cherry turnovers are yummy.

My husband had the yougurt and granola and it was delicious

I love the individual quiche! :thumbsup2 Just take it in my hand and go! Everything we've ever had there has been wonderful but I don't like sweets for breakfast, and these are really yummy!

I have never stopped in here. Do they also have cookies for an afternoon treat? I am a cookie girl! :goodvibes

The chocolate croisooints are to Die for!!!.........
great now ya got me hungry! :rotfl:

They have cookies - Nestle Toll House warm out of the oven and gooey! That is always what my DS gets (for breakfast nonetheless)!

I love their blueberry muffins!
DH loves their mini bundt cakes.

This is one of my must-do's. Can't wait!!!

...And if you want to be really decadent, you can get their wonderful homemade chocolate chip cookies and have them make an ice cream sandwich out of it. It's HUGE....and not really a breakfast treat, but yummmmmmy.

Does anyone know if any of the items there are now covered by a snack credit on the dining plan? :confused3

This would be a great way to grab a breakfast on the go and still have a CS to use for lunch.

Definitely the cinnamon rolls. They are amazing! A must eat whenever we go to WDW. They have some kind of almost caramel icing. Delicious! (and huge!)

They also have the least expensive souvenir of the entire world. Their mug is only 99cents. It does not scream Disney but has a sophisticated look about it. I got one in AUg.

I second the cherry turnover - huge and a good value - as well as the chocolate Mickey head bundt cake. We also get a fruit bowl just to make it "healthy"

I've never been before. Would it be a good place to get a few things on the way out for Breakfast in the room the next morning?

Denise
