What do you hate most about going to WDW? (gasp)

Going back home is the worst thing...........

Listening to parents tell their kids to "stop it (whatever they were doing), I paid $xxxxx.xx for this vacation and you ARE GOING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME!!!"

People who walk up to where we've been standing for 2 hours waiting for the fireworks show and trying to crowd us out. DH actually said something to the last couple who did that to us last weekend!! He usually doesn't do that, but they were crowding in on his side (for once) instead of my side.

AND STROLLERS ! ! ! ! !!

I hate playing the airfare and the "catch the best resort code" games.

I hate to be near the family that thinks EVERYTHING their kid is doing is cute, no matter how much they are annoying the people around them.

People who have no idea what it means to wait your turn.

People who need a map to find their way to the end of a row in shows. (I guess in their world middle means end)

Parade line ropes!!! When you're sitting there behind the rope, and someone's little kid up the line HAS to hang on it, swing on it...pull it up and let it snap, pull it down and let it snap...I've been hit in the face by a twanging rope...and another time almost had my camera snapped right out of my hands!! The parents, of course, are ALWAYS oblivious to the annoyance to others, even when it's OBVIOUS, as 20 or more sets of hands go up to hold the rope stationary!! Arghhhh!!!

Parents who push and push because this is a vacation of a lifetime. They try to fit so much in that all they do is make themselves (and others around them) miserable. To Dan's point the "I paid $$$$$$ for this so you better enjoy it.

Hope you know the type I'm talking about - they are the ones you see at the end of the day or the evening parades where everyone looks miserable, the kids are crying, or sleeping through the parade.

The smart ones are the ones that don't try to do everything and who take time to rest, chill out at a pool, and just generally enjoy themselves.

I hate leaving WDW the most! We try to make the trip there fun, the trip home is not. I like the person who said a bad day at Disney is better than a good day at work, I will go so far as to say a Bad day at Disney is better than a great day anywhere else.

Also, guests with no consideration for those around them, like the family who lived next door to me at AKL, and had fun *screaming* at the animals and making LOUD duck noises, while the rest of us are out on our balconies trying to relax

Taking our Weimaraner to the kennel before we leave. As soon as we bring out the suitcases, he gets depressed.

Strollers is a BIG pet peeve of mine as well.

In January, as we were waiting in line for a ride a woman, not once, but twice ran up the back of my heels with her stroller!!! The second time I threw her such a dirty look that she let several people go ahead of her....just to get away from me!!! One more time and I would've really let her have it (verbally that is!)

Leaving, not getting to stay longer, living too far to be able to go more often, not buying "that" souvenier when you first saw it, having a husband thats not as Disney crazy as you are.

Strollers are the first thing that came to mind. DH and I avoided MK for a few trips for that reason. We referred to MK as "stroller hell".

End of row thing reminded me. We were at MGM this week last year. We had waited in line for Fantasmic and got a good seat in the center of a row, nobody around us for awhile. An hour later, as it was filling up, one of the CM said to me "Ma'am do you mind moving all the way to the end of the row?" I replied , "YES, I do mind, since I came early to get a good seat." She ignored me and filled up the row around us..

I hate leaving but what I hate most of all is NOT planning a trip this year. We're going to Vegas (to try something new ) and it's driving me nuts not planning another WDW trip!!!



...........there will be next summer tho!!!!

Slobs!!! The amount of trash just up and left behind after a parade just astounds me!!! Spitting!! Folks that just plain toss whatever to the ground as they're walking along... Folks that get up and walk off leaving their trash behind at tables, benches, walls that surround flowers and shrubs, etc. Oh...on a recent trip to Epcot, as I approched the line for the Friendship boat which departs near Canada, a woman several people ahead of us lights up a cigarette in line... ....but wait...!! Here comes the boat...she flicked it INTO the lake!!! ARRGGGHHHHHHHH!!!
