What do you guys think of the new Quick Service Meal Plan

some of the CS meals have plenty of food- my husband and I often split meals especially with having a Micky Bar here or there etc in between- not a good deal for us

I don't see it as a value at all.
If we get desert with our CS meal..... we don't get the snack later in the day.
Most of the time we would only get a muffin with juice for breakfast.
At best.... if we ate more than our usual.... we would break even.

But like another poster said..... we change it up and like to do 2 or 3 TS meals in a week. and when we do TS we usually eat very light the rest of the day.....
So it's just a convenience for Disney..... they can speed up the process of people paying.

Again, I would not take up this offer unless it was free and I was staying at a value. Then it would be well worth it. Staying in the Suites or higher cost resorts then I would need the DDP and only if there were no codes for 30% or better. I don't know. For the amount of money I guess I would get a room code and pay out of pocket for everything else. I can use my kitchenette more fully and save time in the morning, you know?

You can make this plan work but it will take some planning to make it worthwhile on it's own.

we were doing similar calculations last night in anticipation of whatever offer might come out soon.

For deluxe patrons, who tend to get a sit down dinner every night, it makes perfect sence to get a dining plan. But at least for us, I don't see us having TS every single night, so the current plan would be out of the question.

But a CS plan would be good, even if it would be a very small savings or small increase, specially when you add the 'snacks' in the mixture.

I wish they'd offer the CS plan now as an offer for Nov/Dec... Specially since when I was budgeting last night, at the end my DW asked, asked if my numbers did not include any meals, for which I said "correct - we won't eat anything" :)
