What do you find attractive?

That is so funny because one thing that I loved about DH, and still do, are his hands. I have a BIG thing for eyes too. Dh has the prettiest eyes.

One of my hobbies is concert photography, and the way I actually realized that I have a hands "thing" was by looking over some of my past photos.

Physically.. they HAVE to be in good shape. I'm a little bit of a fitness fanatic, and I can't be attracted to someone who isn't the same.

They also have to be intelligent, I like stimulating conversations and learning new things.

Thank you! To me, being able to photograph a concert is a big part of enjoying it. I think it's because going through the pics afterward seems to make the experience last a little bit longer, if that makes sense.

In terms of non-physical things, I have to have a guy who has a sense of humor (the more offbeat, the better, 'cause mine is twisted) and is intelligent. I once dated a man who was gorgeous (he was almost identical to Vince Vaughn's high school picture...no clue how I came across it but recall noting that at the time)-- tall, dark, 1st-generation Greek-American, but he so didn't get me. I'd often make sarcastic or smart-a** comments that all of my friends would have laughed at, and he'd just look at me like, "Um, what?" Ugh. I still put up with it for about twice as long as I normally would have just 'cause he was so darn purty.

I like a man who can hold up his end of a conversation with me, who can challenge me and keep me interested. I like my man to be smart and interesting and have a solid ethical core. All the rest is negotiable.

That said, my husband IS looking pretty damn hawt ever since he lost those 40-something lbs.

surely, you are not suggesting that it took your hubby losing 40 pounds to see he was hot huh?. I do agree with your other descriptions!

I have a fetish for TALL men with thick eyebrows... I dunno it's a thing of mine. Even my girlfriends send me pics of men with intense eyebrows! When it comes to men I'm just LIKE a man, I like them dumb and GORGEOUS!!

Glasses. I don't know why, but even men I have known for some time and not been even the slightest bit attracted to suddenly look cute to me when they put on a pair of glasses.

As for actual physical features, I like full, messy hair.

I am attracted to someone who can handle me. Not man-handle (although that does come in handy), but actually deal with me. I need a strong man- not a sissy boy. I am very high-maitenance: I'm selfish, stubborn, strong-willed and do not compromise very well. I can also be a major *****. I do have some good points though, not all bad.

Fortunatly, my husband put me in my place the first night we met and I knew right then and there that I was going to marry him. 17 years later and he still gets me and appreciates me. It also helps that he is very easy on the eyes.

Hmmmm well as a guy i can honestly say ****s catch my attension but what I find attractive.
Eyes would be number one. I also love a woman who can where a nice pants suit. Hair straight and dark. Red ok too. Makeup as little as posible if they need to put on bondo to look good forget it. Now thats just initial attraction. Personialaty is number 1 in the end.

This thread is very interesting. Some of you guys crack me up. At least you know what you like.

Physically, I like dark haired guys, clean cut (no long hair), and well developed arms/chest.

Personality wise, they need to have a good sense of humor (dry, slightly dark is the best). Confidence, kindness and intelligence too.

I think attraction is both physical and mental. There has to be some physical chemistry between two people. But personality and mental compatibility are also important.

For me I need to like them and lust after them. Luckily, my hubby fits the bill.
