I can't eat the same thing each & every day so I vary my breakfast foods depending on my tastes that morning. My staples are:
Eggs w/ bacon or sausage (omelette, quiche, scrambled, etc.)
Plain yogurt mixed with sf syrup & raspberries
Creme brulee or slice of cheesecake (made with Splenda)
Flaxmeal bread w/ cream cheese
Those are my favorites! I am on Atkins maintenance, by the way......
