What do you eat for breakfast? (Inspired by the breakfast thread on the CB)

I hard boil eggs on Sunday, and I have 12 ozs of reduced-sodium V-8 and 3 of my egg WHITES, the dog or DH gets the yolks (they are both so appreciative), keeps me going for hours & the protein is awesome for muscle-building ::yes::
 
I have a protein shake (Myoplex Lite), made into a Cafe Mocha (using hot water instead of cold, and adding a tablespoon or two of non-fat sugar-free pudding mix to thicken). Sometimes, mid-morning, I'll have some fruit as well.
 
Kashi Heart to Heart or Go Lean Crunch w/ Skim Milk and a Banana.
Fruit for snack later if I'm hungry.
 
I can't eat the same thing each & every day so I vary my breakfast foods depending on my tastes that morning. My staples are:

Eggs w/ bacon or sausage (omelette, quiche, scrambled, etc.)
Plain yogurt mixed with sf syrup & raspberries
Creme brulee or slice of cheesecake (made with Splenda)
Flaxmeal bread w/ cream cheese

Those are my favorites! I am on Atkins maintenance, by the way......
 

Cereal and fat free milk or turkey rashers and toast or toast and spreading cheese. Have also been known to have ww baked beans and toast if really hungry.
