I agree with the others.. Take the exam and try to remain strictly "in the moment" - ie do not let your mind wander..

After the exam, do whatever you can to support your friend if you believe in his/her innocence..

Well, since you can't really "do" much for your friend at this point, focus on the exam and get that out of the way. Then you can focus your energies on the best way to support your friend.
