After 4 years waiting tables, i can't tell you how much i love hanging out with clothes all day.

I am a SAHM.
I use to own a children's birthday party facility(we did custom birthday parties) and I had a craft/gift shop next door to it. It was great and I loved both businesses but due to a bad pregnancy, and then a very sick baby(DS was a premie) I had to give my businesses up. That was 5 years ago and I am itching to open up a business again in the future. Not sure if I would do one, or both or neither. Time and the economy will tell.

I worked at Delphi for 30 years (it used to be a division of GM, and became an independent company a few years ago). Now I work in a church office. I'm the office manager...that's just a nice title for church secretary. I'm the only person in the office, so I don't have anyone to manage except myself. I LOVE this job. It is perfectly suited for me. Most of the work I do is on the computer, which I like, and there is also alot of coordinating of church events and activities; the job also requires strong organizational skills...I love to be organized!

That was my undergrad degree! I'm in my 31st year of not teaching. I try to make up for it by coaching, teaching privately and volunteering whenever I can. My son is a music undergrad though - hopefully he'll end up in the classroom!

I'm a full-time mom too...I just happen to work out of the home 40 hours a week.

I was a grad student until May and right now I'm a freelance musician and part-time caregiver to my mom (currently fighting breast cancer). Once she done with treatments and back to work my dream is to be a middle school band director. In reality, I'll take any music teaching position that comes my way for the 2009-2010 school year!
