Well, she is drinking for two so a couple glasses would make sense.
Go make a Facebook account...
Im surprised you can't sleep... Most people I know were walking dead the first trimester.
When I'm pregnant, I'm exhausted a lot during the day, but for some reason I have a hard time sleeping at night. I think it's hormones because I tend to do it at certain times of the month, too. Weird.
I slept like crap with DS2.
Melatonin.
And if I am under abnormal stress, I have taken it during the day. (I have used it a few times during the day after having a pet put down.)
For me Melatonin just quiets the nerves.
( I know... big baby!!) This is part of the reason that I don't sleep well. I didn't know that you could mix Benadryl and Melatonin together, like someone said. I'll call the DR and see if I can try this for my son. I turn the fan on. Some "white noise" usually puts me to sleep quickly.

You do know that decaf coffee and capuccino still have caffeine, right?

I'm tired but I can't fall asleep. Any tips?

No, I didn't know that. I thought decaf meant caffeine-free.

This is what I use, making it with Almond Milk and whipped cream put into the cappuccino machine.
