What do you do to keep yourself motivated??

Just wondering what tips or trick everyone uses to stay motivated and positive? Personally I try to stick to a routine. I work from home and as a result I find it can be very easy to "let myself go". No staying in sweats or pj's all day - I always do my hair and makeup. Working from home can cause isolation - for me anyway - I always go out on Thursdays - even if just to Target - that is how I treat myself.
 
You are so on "target"!! OMG!! I work from home too, and it is easy to let yourself go!! I started the same thing-also, what keeps me motivated is pictures of myself "before"! I got so embarassed, I had to do it, and now I am totally committed!!!

Great way to stay motivated! The thing that motivates me is knowing I don't have any reason NOT to do everything I can to reach my goal. I have all the time in the world, so might as well do something useful with it and get my butt out the door and exercise! ;) I had a closet full of clothes that used to fit at one time, so I just kept trying them on and eventually they started to fit again. That was great incentive to keep going! :) I never want to get back into the same situation, I want my current size to be my size forever or as long as humanly possible.
 

I find the biggest motivator is just reading these boards! When I don't feel like pushing myself to workout, I read what everyone else does, so guilt takes over and I workout. Also I want to look good for out 20th anniversary trip to WDW.
 
Well like to break my routines regulary that keeps me going. I like to vary my weeks so that i don't get in a rut and get bored. The only other thing that works is my pm buddy. They keep me inspired, motivated, and just plain kick my pants when needed and that works for me!!! I have wonderful support from this board and i'm motivated to earn clippee's.

I have to agree! My biggest motivator is the board! I just love reading everyone elses stories about what they have done for excercise or what they ate on a certain day!! The guilties will start to set in if I have been bad!!:p
 
I think about my vacation or visit the WISH Board.
