I was just thinking about this the last few days because work has been extremely stressful for me. Nothing bad, but a co-worker is out because of a death in her family. She has three major projects she is working on and I am watching over two of the three. On top of her projects are mine of course and a brand new one I get to start that I havent even had a chance to look at. So in short, I have had many moments this week where I feel like doing this
A few other things in my life have me a bit stressed too and I can tell it is taking its toll on me, as my eye twitches/spasms are back
Tuesday when I came home from work, I just sat around and vegged for a while. Last night driving home I just cried. I would love to get out and walk which is something I love to do when I am stressed out, but with the cold and snow thats kind of hard to do here
I think crying and walking are two ways I just let it all go when this much is bothering me. So what do you all do when stressed? What is your best way to get it all out?
