What do you do physically to prepare yourself for WDW?

I fill my wallet with the tons of money I'm going to need to make sure I can lift it :rotfl: :rotfl:

And use the Disney Disappearing Act on it while there! :teeth:

One more vote for walking every day (even two weeks before will make a difference), and for wearing broken in shoes (not so much at risk for blisters!).

My whole family would get dragged along to walk the dog every night and on weekends months before we left (convinced my tween sons that this was "training for Disney" so they came along with little complaint!).

Then my hubby couldn't walk for about a month before we left because of a ton of overtime required at work, and was worried he would pay for it. However, we just let him set the pace and he was fine.

You do get to sit in shows and restaurants, etc. Its actually harder to stand in line and wait than walk around the parks. So, believe it or not, one of the best ways to prepare physically is to recognize you limits and try for fastpasses as much as possible to limit the standing. ;)

Have a terrific trip!!
