What do you do for YOU?

I workout every weekday morning.

Tonight I took a break from reality and took myself to see a movie. I needed some me time.
 
I used to do nothing but then I figured out that I need to treat myself like I was treating others:thewave: So now I go and get a massage every 3 weeks and I get my pedicure and manicure every 2 weeks . The facial is a once every month thing with my DD 18.
 
Well, I am taking advantage of being able to do things for myself for as long as I can. I know that is going to change drastically as soon as my baby arrives. But right now the main things that I find to be relaxing and comforting are:

nice, long, hot baths

reading

listening to music

talking with friends

DISing

spending a quiet evening with Dh

Sleeping (I am definitely taking advantage of this one before the baby gets here!)
 

Well between Karate 4 times a week(Mon,Tue, Fri and Sat at 10), Ice Skating on Saturdays at 11, Library reading group Thurs Night at 730-830, Baseball starting April Thursday at 5 and Saturdays at 2, Soccer and Girl Scouts it doesn't leave to much free time but when I do I like going to the spa...In fact tomorrow I am going for a 5pm Facial, 6pm Massage and a 7pm Happy Feet peppermint soak so that will be 3 hours of pampering just for me!
 
I just thought of another one that I really enjoy. I love to write in my journal, especially after a stressful day or event. It helps me to unwind and sort my feelings. I have journals from when I turned 13 and up. It is really interesting to read them from way back then now to see what my life was like and how I thought at 13.
