Help! As you can see by the time, 1:26am in the East, I am having a terrible time sleeping with the snoring going on.
I know my husband has sinus troubles, and the dry air is irratating, but we are running a humidifier.
Any one have any other ideas?
It is really a problem for me, not him
as he is the one sleeping.

and she suffers. We've tried the Breathe Right Strips, but their uncomfortable to me. I do ALL the wrong things, I know. We sleep with the ceiling fan on AND a stand up fan, PLUS we have the sound machine. It's really comical, the room is VERY loud and breezy!!
Oh, and I sleep with a sleep mask because I HAVE to have it pitch dark. Again, my wifey feels your pain. She tries to get in bed and fall asleep before me, otherwise, she's nudging me to roll back over on my stomach. We've noticed I only snore on my back. We've talked about couples who sleep apart due to snoring, but it's not an option for us. We need the "connection" of being together in the bed at night. I wish I had an answer, but I think for some of us, its' the way it's gonna be!
