When I'm on vacation at DVC - I cook nothing. If I have to cook, I don't consider it a vacation.
However, I do wind up cooking - a bit. We're in a 2 bedroom at SSR and we get sick of restaurant food rather quickly. So I'll make easy dinners, like ravioli, caesar salad and garlic bread. Then maybe tuna melts with fresh fruit. Beef tacos and spanish rice another night.
By the way, happy 25th anniversary!!
Sorry. Off topic a bit.
Okay. Back on topic.
I make a pan of Lasagna, chicken and steak fajitas, chicken caesars salad, hamburgers and Italian sausages, pork chops and sloppy joes. We will have breakfast and linner
in the rooms. Last year they slept until noon, went to the pool and then ate a late lunch and headed to the parks for the night. There were 3 of them last year and I went through 6 boxes of frosted flakes, I think I'll need to buy stock in Kellogg for this years trip!!
