Now that we see what our kids call us - what do you call your kids??? Any cute little names for them?

My dd's name is Brittany and I generally call her Britt. Sometimes I call her sweetie or when she's being a real winner I'll call her snotnose!!!! Yes, she does think it's funny! Seriously.

Of course when she's in trouble it's either full first name and middle name or full first name, middle name and last name!!! OR it's YOUNG LADY!! I had to laugh the other day - the cat was going somewhere that she shouldn't have and I said - "Get back here young lady." and dd said - "Oh Candi, you are in trouble. When mom calls you young lady you know you've done something wrong." I couldn't help but laugh!!!!!

I think Nathan is starting to think his name is Goofy because that is what I have been calling him for the past few months! :p

DH calls DS 'Little One'. :)

My boys would so roll their eyes at my answer but I still call them babe or boo!!!:jester: :bounce:

I still call my DD (17) "Dinker Doo" or "Sweetie Peetie". Don't know where they came from, but...

Doodlebug, sweet pea, pumpkin, sweet darlin' girl...she answers to all of them. Or her actual given name.

The only one she doesn't answer to is her full name when I pronounce each name clearly and succintly. Then she runs because she knows she's in trouble :)

kevin gives nicknames to everybody and will only call them by that name. so here are the ones currently being used for DS~ his real name is Zachary. we call him~ doodle, doodling doo, porkbelly, porkalo, portable, buddy. there are more but they are escaping me right now. the sad part about this is DS actually refers to himself as some of them!

We have a lot for DS. Little Bug, Poops, Sweet Potato, Monkey (Monkey Boy and Monkey Bug as well), Dr. Destructo, Tenacious P, Snugs, Raptor...and whatever else comes out of our mouths.

Kristina is "Pumpkin Pie Petunia Belle", Princess Kristina, Sweetie, or Lover Girl.

Ivan is Vanya, Vanishka, Bud, Sweetie or Bucko.

I don't know where it came from, but since my DS was a baby I've called him Boobala, Boo for short.

Austin is

Aust/Austy
Bud/Buddy
Babies
Little Monkey or Little Monster

He frequently calls me Geenie because he's heard ex DH call me that s many times... LOL :)

Pumpkin has stuck with her since she was a baby.

But when she calls me "mother" I call her "daughter" and it really pisses her off. :teeth:

I usually call Ashli "Grace". I think it's a beautiful name and Ashli is a beautiful girl but I wasn't able to give it to her for a middle name because I wanted/needed to pass down a family name. So instead I just call her grace ALL the time. Works for me, lol.

My son's name is Travis and I call him sweetie or Trav, or depending on my mood, Travis Warren Willson Johnson

The official nicknames for my girls are sunshine and princess.
My oldest hasn't been called sunshine for a while. lol
My oldest's is Brittany. We used to call her Britt, but when Kelsea was little all she could get out was Bri, and it's been Bri ever since.
Kelsea is Kelsea.

My other names for them are Bratney, angel, stinkpot, snugglebunny, ornery buzzard, miss hollywood, bossy bessie, xena, lovebug, and occasionally smart***. :teeth:

Of course then there is the whole name. I use it whenever I need to get their attention, sometimes even a reward, just to keep them on their toes. lol

Oh Serena....Bratney is also a very popular one in our household!!!! Moreso by my dh who is her stepdad and it just irks her to death!!!!! It actually is very ROFLMBO!!!!

LOL, yeah it gets mine too. Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do. :teeth:

Yup...oh BrittBrat is also another popular one in our house - very similar to the Bratney one!!!! ROFL

Okay, ours is Britt the Brat. LMBO!

We have so many nicknames  :p We call Moira mostly Mo or Mosey. We also call her Piglet & Little Miss though. Elliot's nicknames are Mr. E, Turtle, Little Man, & Little Mister. We call him Turtle because when he was born he had this long wrinkly neck and it looked like a turtle sticking his neck out. ;)

We had quite a list of "pet" names we call/called the kids that changed with age, like Peanut Chew, Pumpkin Pie, Lovey, Hon/Honey, Sweetie Pie...even Stinkpot. I have no idea where that one came from!

DS was also Jazz-bo, Beezie-boy, or J.

DS laughed at the way I wrapped up DD when she first came home & called her a "Booby Burrito" (the "oo" sounds like 'look' not 'moon'). He STILL calls her that a lot!

After she started walking she was: Little Miss, Missy (my mother got mad & wanted to know why we hadn't called her Melissa!), Boobola, Miss Kabooby & Young Lady. For some reason she always hated it. One of her 1st sentences was "I not a Lung Lady!"

At least they didn't get called what my mother called us! (SharDebPatSnoopyWhoever You Are)

;)
