??? What do you call the cut outs at carnivals??

Got a quick question....

We are having a fall festival tonight at the school and one of the things we want to do is have those wood cutouts with pictures of something and a hole for your head to fit though. My question is what do you call these things???

And does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of pictures we can paint on the boards. (Like clowns or animals etc.)
