what do you always buy?

This is such a tough question..........

Mainly clothes-basically anything we like but I particulary like Abercrombie & Fitch & also Hollinger. My daughter loves Juicy Couture because none of her friends have any back here.
Yankee candles-smell so nice & so much cheaper over there.
Toys- a fraction of the price so we bring Christmas stocking fillers home for my youngest who thinks she's a Disney princess princess:

Then a bit of anything we see that we like, can afford and have the baggage allowance to bring home........

Just love those shops:)

fudge brownies
pancake mix
abercrombie and fitch t-shirts
tommyhillfeiger t-shirts
loads of things from the disney xmas shop
migraine pills

Me too. This year we brought around 10 DVD box sets back with us.

the last time we went box set crazy too - 3 boxed sets of southpark (for DS), the 2nd season of Lost, the 2nd season of desperate housewives, From the Earth to the Moon (this mini-series was several years old, but Best Buy was able to order it and get it delivered to the store in time for us to pick it up), some old movie sets (rodgers and hammerstein musicals, etc), the Die Hard set.
I'm sure there were others....we do go a bit crazy

We always buy a new Disney T-Shirt each - and trainers! Bought back 6 pairs this year! But that's good each time hubby says 'how many pairs of shoes do women need?' I just count his trainers

Oh where to start,

Knitting wool - better selection of cotton colours
Biscuit mix (like those you get in Red Lobster) delicious warm - sometime they dont even make it too the table :rotfl:
Betty Crocker and Duncan Hines cake mixes
Trainers - last visit 5 pairs between the three of us plus 1 pair converse for DD
Disney T-shirts
Flip-flops - DD has a passion for them in all shapes and sizes

I could go on and on....
Better get a bigger bag lined up for next year:woohoo:

We always bring back assorted Disney souvenirs, DH buys lots of Disney T-shirts, its all he wears when he's at home.

I bring back about 30 boxes of Jello fat free/sugar free puddings, at LEAST 4 bottles of Nyquil (the best cold/cough/stuffy nose medication ever - it knocks you out for a good nights sleep!), a gigantic bottle of Extra Strength Tylenol, a few DVD's and a few Harley Davidson shirts and outfits for my nieces!

What are Tommy Bahama shirts and where do you get them? Are they like Hawaiian print shirts?

I always buy resin boyd bear ornaments! I have decided to stop though as I now have at least 50 of them, many being 1st editions :)

Well,
Where do we start??
These are the sort of things that we have bought over the years

When the kids were younger we'd stock up with:
Osh Kosh B'gosh
Levi's

For older kids/young adults:
Mudd jeans
Abercrombie and Fitch
Jessica Simpson shoes
Miss Sixty

General stuff:
Polo Ralph Lauren
Tommy Hilfigger
Timberland
Oakley sunglasses/ lenses
Levi Dockers (for golf)
Golf equipment - Edwin Watts
Opi nail varnish
Crocs

I'm sure I've missed loads off the list.. but you get the jist!!!

Mountain Dew!!!! Got one bottle left in my fridge, which i'' have to drink soon!!

I love this thread and God knows when we go we buy a stupid amount of clothes, electical, decoritive and cosmetic goods (i'd like to say its all DGF but even i enjoying shopping in Forida). However i'd like to explore a slightly different angle.

Does anyone ever feel guilty when they walk through customs? Here's my reasoning.

In years gone by i have been known to buy large amounts of cigerettes while overseas in places like holland, belgium, spain, dubai, tunisa basically anywhere that they are cheap (i have never brought any home from Florida however). My GF has always gone absolutely mad with me saying that im breaking the law and, 'what if i get caught?' But she will think nothing of walking through the 'NOTHING TO DECLARE' lane at Gatwick even though our suit cases are filled with goods worth thousands of pounds!
Last time we came back with well over a £1000 pounds worth of clothing, IPOD Baose speaks (i dont know what they are but im told they are very expensive:confused3 ), a top of the range digital camera and half the MAC store, as well as other bits and bobs. When i brought up the fact that we were defauding the British government out of about the same amout of tax as i used to with cigerettes she got all defensive and said, 'its not the same'. Now i am not one to stick to all the rules so i have absolutely no problem with doing it.
However i wonder how many people actually realise that what they are doing is no different to the good old days when you'd jump in a van on a friday evening nip over to France, up to the Holland/beligum boarder, stock up and be back for sunday lunch? Good times shame its not worth it any more!:confused3 :rolleyes1

Sorry but no I don't feel guilty I pay enough tax!!!! I'm a law abiding citizen normally-honest!

too much, always Christmas Decs, snowglobes, pins for Ian, Disney t shirts, and Disney kitchen bits and bobs. Jammies, dvd box sets, Lost and Desperate Housewives last year, yankee candles, lots of clothes for both of us. This year I hope to get one of the Disney cross stitch kits.
