Ok first of all ignore my opinions if someplace has a menu youre dying to try. But since you asked, here are my thoughts.

Book your AK breakfast for way before the park opens. Those are the worst gates for bottlenecking, so to be inside the park before the crowds arrive is a great perk.

I would make an ADR for the fantasmic dinner package. Of the choices I recommend Mama Melrose. If the place is empty, then you can cancel and do the counter service (Pizza Planet is fun).

If you are early risers, then hit Crystal Palace for breakfast before opneing, too. Its the best buffet on property.

Personally, I'd skip breakfast at Ohanas and opt for Wispering Canyon.

Stacy - you make good points.

I was planning on doing breakfast at AK prior to park opening, especialy since we are only spending 1/2 day there.

The reason I didn't opt for the Fantasmic package was because we were already doing 2 table service resaturants that day and 3 seems like a lot. I really need to do the Playhouse Disney as that is my 2 year old.

I am only doing the Ohana breakfast for Lilo and Stitch. I really wanted to hit WCC on this trip but couldn't fit it in.

I would skip Chef Mickeys for dinner because the food is terrible and try and get it for breakfast instead

Excellent ADRS! As people have said before, I would make your breakfast ADRS a little earlier so that you can get into the park early. Also, I have to say we LOVE Chef Mickey's for dinner. In fact we do it every single trip. My kids just LOVE it! HAVE A MAGICAL TRIPP! : )

So not true, at least in my opinion, basing it on everytime we've been to WDW, Chef Mickeys dinner is a must. Its all of our favorite! Good Choice!

Lilo and Stitch breakfast is alot of fun. We did it 2 years ago when DS was 7 and DD2. Stitch stole my DD's sippee cup. My DD was screaming and my DS was laughing his butt off. The food is good too.

I would do counter service bfast then P'n Dine Lunch. Two buffets in a pretty short time period may be a bit much. Also the fact that you are trying to fit in two parks means you'd spend 3-4hrs dining and up to an hour (depending on wait times) traveling from park to park. I think PnD lunch is a good idea. It will force you to leave AK and give you a filling meal to last up to Fantasmic. You can enjoy your CS dinner while you wait for Fantasmic.
Someone suggested booking the package then cancelling if the wait is short. First of all you'd be charged for the meal anyway (CC not, TS credit) and you won't have time to check; those ADRs are well before show times.

You've put in the work to pick the places you want to go so I say stick with those choices since you've already done the research.

By the way cancel Chef Mickey's...NO way Jose...it's a great way to start your trip. :thumbsup2 If you are able to book a kind of early dinner (finish by 7-7:30pm) you could head out the back of the hotel and take the boat over to the Ft. Wilderness Campground for the sing along, campfire and maybe stay for the full length Disney movie shown under the stars.

I think you're better off saving WCC 'til the 2yo is older; might not a bit much for a 2yo, especially if you actually expect them to eat.
