What do we do with the extra hour?

It's Sunday, Oct 29th, daylight savings time ENDS at 2 am (goes back to 1), So my question is, does this mean we can do ANYTHING we want between 1am and 2am (the first time around) and in an hour after that it will be like it never happened?

For those into this, this site has just a little too much info to comprehend at this time of night, but a good read just the same.

Everyone was taking sides and getting heated. Even miss Bonnie got her knickers in a tizzy. Not a fun place to hang, though I did want to hang a few posters and you know what a calm person I am.
