What do to with old MB?

If you only get 8 in your lifetime, what happens when you get them all within a year.....and they only last 2-3 years?

I'm thinking the "your lifetime" is inaccurate forecast. The better perspective is "until the next-great-thing" which could come before the batteries die out on the first set!

Think how quickly the MyPal Mickey generations came and went!

Currently Disney isn't even using the feature of the band that requires a battery and they may not for a year or more, only they know the timeline.

AT&T won the contract to install a new Wi-Fi system in all of the parks, stores, backstage and common areas and the bands need the battery for the Wi-Fi.

You don't only get 8 in your lifetime. You can only have 8 active at one time.

I am sure that Disney will replace MBs that no longer work at no charge.

Flash drives are being sent out to guests with reservations that begin on or after 1/6/14. We got one for our 1/9 reservation but not for our 12/27 or 1/1 reservations. When does your resort stay begin?
