What do the PINs attach to?

Your name, email address, phone number, home address, etc.?

I just wonder because since the last time we were to Disney my phone number has changed, my email may have changed and my last name is different.

Where name used to be "Jane Doe" it's now "Jane Doe Smith" or Jane Doe-Smith. (Obviously not my real name.) Some business wil use the hyphen and some don't, opting instead to use my maiden name as my new middle name. Woould that make a difference?

Does it make a difference if we booked before under my DHs name, "John Doe"? Or, do they just put it all together as a family?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just anxious. We're booked where we are comfortable but a discount would just make it all the more magical.

I just called last night and the CM said, "yes you have one associated with your household", however he could not tell me how much of a discount it was and told me to call back in mid-march to find out what percentage off it was. It was strange, never had that happen before.

That is strange. You'd think they could just tell you what it was now.

Did you book or are you waiting to find out what the discount is?

I would just update your information on their website, or call and have it updated. Somehow last year my information got crossed with the information of another person w/ the same name who lived in another state. I was getting her emails sent to me accidentally, but wouldn't have known it because the emails just said, "Hello 'last name' family!"

I figured it out when all the PINS I was being sent were for a different zip code.
