What do I need to have ready to book the Member Cruise?

I am going to try and book on Sunday. We are actually going away camping with friends so we'll have at least 4 or 5 phones on the go hoping to get through.

What do I need to have with me?

~DVC member #
~credit card
~category preferences? (we'll go up to a porthole, not verandah)
~Castaway Club number?

Do I need passport numbers?

Please have the following information ready when you call:

• Member ID Number
• First, second and third stateroom category choices—categories sell out quickly for this event
• Special dietary needs
• Special medical needs
• Castaway Club Number (provided to repeat cruisers by Disney Cruise Line)

For each person sailing on the Member Cruise, please have the following information ready:

• Legal name and middle initial, spelled as it appears in print on appropriate citizenship documentation
• Physical home address (no P.O. boxes)
• Home telephone number
• Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
• Citizenship/Nationality

Plus desired method of payment (Credit Card or Point).

You would enter your passport information during on-line check-in on the disneycruise.com website. If you've cruised with DCL before, your passport information should be retained from your prior cruise.
