What do I left to do?

We are 24 days away from our trip and want to make sure I have done everything I need to before we leave.

Here's what has be done:
Rented points for VWL back in January, paid in full at the time of booking.
Paid for travel insurance, just in case we would need it.
Booked flights through Southwest with earlybird check in back in February.
Ordered tickets and linked them to my Disney account.
Made ADRs at 180 days out.
Set up Magical Express to and from MCO.
Made PF+ reservations at 60 days.
Customized MB (they should be arriving this week!)
Preordered our lunch at BOG.

Besides packing, have I forgotten to do anything? I have a packing list and won't start packing until the week before we leave.

10 days out from your trip you can request specific rooms/room placement -- may want to do so with the VWL construction starting rather than asking to move upon arrival?

Online check-in complete?

If you need a pack-n-play or bedrails, you can also call and request them 10 days out.

Getting any haircuts right before the trip?

I did do online check in, just forgot to put in on the list. The person I rented from made request for me and I did the same request at online check in, Woods View and High Floor. The main construction isn't supposed to begin until Oct. 26 and we're there Oct. 10-17 so hoping it won't be too bad.

I have a haircut appointment the week before we leave, but DD might have a horse show that day, so I'll probably have to reschedule it for after our trip. No big deal though since I'll wear it up so that it's cooler and it'll be out of my face.

Do you have all the essentials ready to pack for the bag you'll be carrying in the parks? Have you scheduled all of the events, activities, or special tours that need separate reservations that you might want to do? Do you have your touring plan complete if you are making one? Coins for squished penny machines? Batteries for cameras? Power strip for charging? Portable battery for in the park charging? Autograph book & marker if you plan on meeting characters?

I would make a packing list and make you don't have anything left to buy.

Place an order with Garden Grocer. Have a case of water, sodas, snacks....... etc........sent to the room.

I probably should make a list of the items I want to carry in my park bag to make sure I have everything I need. I'll have to ask DD if she wants to get pressed pennies this year and if so add that to the list of things to put in the park bag. I have scheduled a carriage ride at Ft. Wilderness. I do have touring plans I made on Touring Plans, I thought about just using the App, but then that might drain my battery so maybe I should print them out. Although I did buy a portable charger for my phone to take with me in the parks. I got a picture matte to have the characters sign, but I do need to get a pen/marker for it.

I was going to do an order, but once I found out that the store at the resort has cases bottled water, I decided to just buy water and milk there and pack a few things in a suitcase. Since we're flying Southwest we each get 2 free checked bags and we won't need that much food, just some cereal for breakfast a couple mornings and some snacks. DD is always hungry so it'll be much easier to have to snacks in the room vs having to go buy some while there.
