I honestly don't know what to do with myself! I've spent the last 30 days or so tweaking our ADRs to get better times and now I'm done with that. I've tweaked every single reservation until there's no more to tweak. I feel like i've lost my best friend...I don't know what to do now with no more ADRs to mess around with. And I still have 9 more days until we leave!!!! I'm gonna go nuts!

Start obsessing over what to pack...:rotfl:

Have a great trip.

ROFL! Been there, done that too! LOL! I started packing 2 weeks ago! ::snort::

Can you tell I'm excited? My dh and dd are soooooooooo sick of me! My 4 year old ds is the only one who shares my excitement!

9 more days 'til we leave!!!
:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Look at the pictures of food. That's what DH and I are doing and we have 2 1/2 months to go. We are picking out the menu items we want to eat. Keeping in mind that some menu items may 'disappear' before we get there.

:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

This is what I was going to say...look at the menus and narrow it down to what you might like to eat, that includes must have snacks too!

And pack, of course!
Watch Disney movies!

Sit back & try an relax & get ready 4 ur trip .:lmao: Like that's ever gonna happen. I can't sleep . I can't wait. :rotfl2:

yup...pick out what you're going to eat! But if you're anything like me... I already had all my meals planned out 90 days out :)

I did that too and then obsessed over the "not what to miss" rides & attractions at the parks.

There was a poster here who had a wealth of information given for each park. She listed different tips per park, info on counter service restaurants, where to watch the parades, etc.

I used a postcard & outlined our itinerary for the day, what rides to FastPass, where to find characters, hidden gems in the parks. I also wrote down our ADR times & confirmation numbers. We used those little cards countless times throughout our trip!

I know exactly what you mean. Im on the computer from early morning until night seeing how i can make my ressies better even though they are nearly perfect. Made my ADRs over a month ago and tweeked a few things and got great places & times. There really is nothing more i should change other than trying to get a early dinner at Chef Mickey instead of lunch (even though the lunch would probably work better for the EMH) but still feel like playing around with it.

I love this idea. I've been stressing over the parks, but I've decided not to stress anymore. I think I'll just do some small 3x5 cards with things I "must do" and things I don't want to forget. Excellent plan! Thank you!

I hear you as I even tweaked our Plane resies!!!!:scared1:

This is "THE" part of the vacation I love, the planning!!!
After its all done, I am such a paraniod freak that I will look at all of my printouts to make sure the times, dates, all match!!!!:sad2:  I will do this at least weekly until the trip................:guilty:

But I must confess that by checking and checking and checking I have saved $$$ on our airfareand car rental..... ;)

I leave in 30 hours. I am so excited. Maybe I will make some cards. I have hidden mickey's to find, ADRs, fastpass ideas, desserts to try, key lime pie to find, and the characters. Maybe with mowing the grass and making cards, I pass the time. Oh, and I haven't packed yet. I was saving that for the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep.

I am also reading the Kingdom Keepers books before I go. They are great way to get into WDW without being there. I had Ridley Pearson come to my school in May and talk about his books. His next KK book is coming out soon it takes place in EPCOT.

Here is the Epcot link (w/links in the first post to the other parks) where I found a myriad of info. It was a wealth of information, especially the "secrets, cool stuff & tips".

Here's an example of the card I made for the Magic Kingdom....

Date....Park...opening/closing time

Ohana Lilo Stitch Breakfast, time, ADR #

Tutto Italia dinner, Epcot, time, ADR #

....Rope drop, if possible...don't miss opening show

Ride Info..
(here I wrote which rides we wanted to ride first, the ones that offered Fast Passes, etc)

Parade Info....
(added parade times, best places to watch parades, etc)

Counter Service...

Cosmic Rays @ Tomorrowland (go to the restroom(s). Lilo may "talk" in the men's room & Stitch may be heard in the ladies room)

Columbia Harbour House @ Liberty Square (an air conditioned upstairs for dining, too)

"Must Eat" Snacks....

Dole Whips @ Adventureland
Main Street Bakery....get something like a cinnamon roll to take back for breakfast in the morning. Ice Cream Cookie sandwich (large enough to share).

I made an index card like this for each day of our trip and found that we used it countless times throughout the day.

You can subscribe to TGM...that will give you lots of stuff to mull over for teh next 9 days. Heck, if you are lucky you may begin to second guess everything you have already planned so you can start tweaking again!!

pre-order your photopass CD......
This is one of the last things I do before I leave...
