A lot of people don't like the taste of tap water in Orlando so regular refillable bottles might not work for you.
An eco-friendly way to have nice tasting water at WDW is a portable filter bottle, the Brita http://www.brita.com/products/filtering-bottle/brita-bottle/ or Rubbermaid

The Brita worked well for us, lighter to carry than bottled water and you can ask for ice water at any WDW counter service and put it in the bottle.

and my kids are tall enough to go on some of the bigger rides so we have been watching youtube vidoes of the rides so they can see what they want to do and what they seem afraid of. Like I know my DD wants to go on TOT but my DS doesn't even want to watch it on youtube so I know he is not going to want to ride it when we are at the park.

When we got home and I put the photo pass card # in I realized we were missing a lot of pictures. No one could find any other cards but we had taken pictures of the numbers and we found the number we were missing and put it in. If we hadn't taken a picture of that card we would have lost about 50 pictures of our kids with Stitch, Rosetta, Tink, Jasmine and Aladdin. As well as a bunch of random pictures of us in front of the Castle, The Tree of Life, etc.
