I found no better way to prepare for a trip and keep up-to-date on Disney news than to listen to Disney Podcasts that are available. All are easy to get and download. And you do not need an Ipod to enjoy.

I listen to 10-15 a week. Each are from 20 minutes long to over an hour. Park and movie updates abound along with restaurant and hotel reviews. Many of these podcasts are very well produced and great to listen too.

Here are the first ten I'll post. Add the ones you listen to with a quick note to describe the show.

Here is my lists of podcasts. I listen to a bunch each week while driving or working on the house.

1. Mouseguest: Eric and Dan talking all things Disney. Good general show about everthing. Mainly WDW. 60-70 minutes.
2. WDW Today: Matt, Mike, Len and Mike. This podcast coined the phrases Scopa Towers(Pop Century), Scopa Special(NY strip at Le Cellier) and Dr. Scopa's cure-all Elixir(Dole Whip). This was the first show I found. 20 minute shows on a specific topic. Their archive has everything. Outstanding.
3. Trapped on Vacation Earl lives in Orlando and is truly Trapped on Vacation. This podcast is mostly Earl going to the parks and recording himself and friends while there. Maybe not for the little kids, but hilarious. 45-75 minute shows. Earl also hits non-disney attractions.
4. Window to the Magic: Paul and his son Patrick tour around the disney parks while recording. Mainly Disneyland. They also post very good Video.
5. Inside the Magic Ricky and Skipper Ben run this show. Pretty much all things Disney. Well produced. Ricky was just up for the "win a job at Disneyland" contest. He is competeing to work at the Haunted Mansion. Great show good segments.
6. WDW Radio: This is Lou Mongello's new podcast. He was with Mousetunes until about January. This is another great podcast. Much news and Many interviews. Lou is the author of the Disney World Trivia books.
7. Character Breakfast: Run by 4 people this is another good podcast. Released every two weeks. They talk all things Disney and have a music tie-in to their online Disney Radio station.
8. The Meandering Mouse: Jeff and Earl from TOV have similar shows. Jeff bounces back and forth between WDW and Disneyland. He is always funny.
9. MouseStation: This is the MousePlanet web site's podcast. Two very knowledgeable guys giving you news and information about all things Disney.
10. The Mickey Room: This is more of a Mom and Pop operation. Wayne and Kimberly talk about a lot of things Disney. They discuss their experiences and trips to Disney.

All the above can be found on Itunes or by searching on their show name and Disney.

These are all great listings! THANKS!

Does anyone know of any DISNEY VIDEO Podcasts beside the Official WDW and Trapped on Vacation?

THANKS AGAIN for sharing!

Great list! Thanks!

I like:

The WDW Radio Show - The very best for all things Disney World. Great interviews, trivia, news and rumors and lots of other segments. Incredibly well produced and lots of fun

WDWToday
- 3 short shows a week about a single topic. Hosts are funny and knowledgeable.

MouseGuest - a general Disney show from two die-hard fans just having fun

Beyond Main Street - nice video podcast

Meandering Mouse - just a guy walking around the parks having fun. Not much in the way of actual information, but fun just like being there

Lots to choose from out there! :woohoo:

I love, love, love WDW Today. I found it a few months ago and I have been trying to keep up with it. I enjoy listening to them so much that I actually went back and downloaded a lot of the old episodes. Far too many times they have had me :rotfl: here at work and it is kind of hard to explain to my co-workers why I am laughing so hard. They provide lots of great information and just add a touch of Disney fun to my boring work day.

I also listen to the DIS podcast. It is longer than WDW today but only once a week. They also have some great information and they have their funny moments as well.

I listen to both WDW Today and I just found WDW Radio, which I think is brilliant :goodvibes !

WDW Today-Funny and quick to listen to. I try to always stay at Scoppa Towers now.
WDW Radio-great for weekly news and I always learn some new piece of triva
Meandering Mouse- I just started listening.
Magical Definition podcast-I've downloaded but haven't listened to but haven't listened to any as 3 of them are 2 hours long and that's just too long for me.

1. WDW Today: Once I discovered it, I subscribed immediately. Never disappoints and this May, we're actually going to stay in Scopa Towers for the first time! Maybe have a Dole Whip. Outstanding! :thumbsup2 My only suggestion would be to make the podcast longer.

2. Dis Unplugged: Another excellent podcast that I subscribe to...Pete and Kevin esp. stand out and, for whatever reason, I find myself really trusting their opinions. :goodvibes I love the detail they give when it comes to restaurant reviews! They cover non-Disney attractions in Orlando as well.

3. WDW Radio Show: I just discovered this and it's great! Longer than most podcasts, it covers a lot of Disney ground and I always learn something new.

4. Netcot: Just started listening to this...high energy, different take on things, lots of fun.

I feel that podcasts are a very nice way to keep in touch with WDW on a daily basis when you are far from the parks, and a long way in between trips!

I personally find WDW Today to be the most interesting of the podcasts. Maybe it is because it is a short, specific topic. I also like the way the guys interact with each other - it's just a lot of fun.

Speaking of Disney Dream Jobs - (like Ricky Brigante is talking about lately..) mine might be to record a show with the guys on WDW today. Being a 6th grade teacher here in St. Louis, but also a frequent WDW visitor might be fun conversation for a show! Hey, Matt, could you make it happen for one show? I'd love it!

Tune into WDW Today

Disneyland has a vidcast that they send out avery couple of weeks. Very good quality. WDW had one but it has not been updated since Everest. Both are in Itunes.

MouseGuest and Inside the Magic are mainly Podcasts, but they post really good video also.

I listen to most of the podcasts people have already mentioned.

I'm particularly grooving on Magical Definition Podcast right now, they have a great show this week on Pirates. I'm also liking Lou Mongello's new WDW Radio.

WDW Today is a big favorite . . . Pop Century will now forever be Scopa Towers in my eyes.

MouseGuest is a longtime favorite, but I'm sure I'm biased, :rolleyes1 my friend Lisa and I are starting to record segments for them on a regular basis.

Quite a few hear that I listen and watch on my travels :goodvibes

I religiously listen to WDWToday, WDWRadio, and Inside the Magic.

I know I've been permanently tainted when my natural response whenever I see an animal in a zoo, tank, or safari is, "Them's good eating!":rotfl:

I listen to "WDW Today" all the time.

Listened to the DIS Unplugged for a long time, but their feed changed or something because my iTunes doesn't download it anymore.

I was momentarily sad when the MouseTunes guys split, but then I had the same revelation that Ricky Bobby's kids had in "Talladega Nights" when they learned their parents were splitting and they yelled out "Two Christmases!" ;) Now we get 2 podcasts--WDW Radio and Magical Definition. They both bring different things to the table.

I listen to many that have already been posted. I look forward to new episodes each week. I also download a few video podcasts (WTTM, Inside the Magic, At the Main Street Cinema - which is the only Greg McNaughton podcast I can handle - the MiceCast poker episode :confused3 )

I especially like Paul Barrie's "where in the park" games, and all of the ride throughs. :goodvibes

Meandering Mouse's Jeff from Houston can be very funny! :rotfl:

Check out the Disney Podcast Network: http://disneypodcastnet.com/

Is anyone going to Mousefest or Westfest? If I already didn't have a trip planned for August I would go to Mousefest. They all seemed to have a great time at the MegaMouse meet and the smaller podcast meets.
