What Disney Podcasts do you listen to?

I listen to WDW Radio :)

Oh no no no Matt. Thank YOU!!!! :thumbsup2 I LIVE for your podcasts! I have 3 kids and work full time so your 20-30 minutes of all things Disney is such a bright spot in my busy day. I listen during my commute and I am transformed to a happy place. I downloaded all the past episodes and I am all caught up now... so is there anyway you guys can go to 5 days a week ;) Keep up the good work!

I have a few topic ideas I will email to you.

Thanks again for keeping me entertained and happy :yay:

I have pretty much limited myself to Inside the Magic and WDW Radio.

One of my criteria is weekly shows. I download once a week and listen as I drive to and from Birmingham so I don't really want to do "short" shows that download several times a week.

Okay here are mine:

WDW Today - pretty much echoing what has already been said. If you want to listen to a podcast that will help you plan your trip more effectively this is it. The best trip planning podcast.

Dis Unplugged - The podcast has improved recently as they try to develop interesting segments. Without a doubt the best restaurant reviews by Kevin.

Magical Definition Podacast Listen to this and like it so far...I might be the only one but sometimes it is very easy to zone out during a Jim Hill lecture

Laughing Place Podcast Have not seen this one mentioned and I like it: Dobbie, Fanboy and the crew have a very relaxed friendly atmosphere which adds to the show! Give it a try

Favorite podcasts....

1) Echoing everyone on WDWToday -- this is my favorite. Bring back Christina!!!! And remember.... this week is the last week to send in emails that will be answered before 2008.

2) Inside the Magic -- a bit verbose but very good

3) WDW Radio -- shaping up very nicely

4) Beyond the Main Street -- I only saw one other post mention this one, and it is really terrific -- just a lot of fun. 'Sup.

On yesterday's podcast, they mentioned that Matt will no longer be on WDW Today. It seems that he is moving over to WDW Radio. To me, this would be a win-win move. I love the guys on WDW Today, as it is my favorite podcast, and I also love WDW Radio. I just feel that Lou needs someone to "bounce things off of," kinda like he did on the old Mousetunes. So, I feel that this may be a great thing, even though I don't like change!

Best wishes to both podcasts on their changes!

I just heard the show. I agree with you on how Lou and Matt will be a great team. I hope WDW today finds a good host to replace Matt. He was the glue that held WDW Today together. There you go Mike, looks like an audition waiting to happen. You gonna send WDWToday a sample? I thought about it for a minute.

Can't wait for WDW Radio's next show.

Don't believe everything you hear, especially if it comes from Mike Scopa ;)

Matt -

I am so glad that is an April Fools Joke cause I can't picture WDW Today without the 3 of you (and Christine).

I LOVE your podcasts, I have DL everyone of them and am totally caught up so if you could make them longer it would really help me during my hour and half commute to work. ;) ;)

Also, I need a ladies long sleeve white t-shirt with the WDW Today logo on the front left chest area and larger version of the logo on the back for my Dec trip. No pockets. Can you get them on the Cafepress store please .

Thanks

I was heart broken when I heard about Matt leaving WDW Today but my suspicions about it being an April Fools Day prank were correct ( Thank God!!). I love the podcast and don't want it to change!!

I have recently become a convert of WDW Today and WDW Radio Show. After all of the new episodes come out, my ipod and I are inseparable. Then I go through withdraw until the next week. I do agree that Lou needs a co host though. (side note: I miss Dr Drew and Adam Corolla on Loveline. Nothing to do with Disney, but great example of how co-hosts bounce off each other)

Of course, have to give a shout-out to the DIS Unplugged. Love the roundtable discussions and give us more reviews!

It's very good to hear that you all are reading these posts. I hope that you do realize how many people get enjoyment out of your discussions on the podcast. I look forward to dowloading each one and enjoying the lively discussions! You all rock!

On another note, if you can make changes that easily to the Cafe Press store, how about a WDW Today/2008 Marathon shirt? I bought a regular ringer t-shirt to wear for the half-marathon in January, but what if there were a WDW Today shirt that really made us stand out?? Just a thought..

My favorites in no particular order (love them all equally)... I listen to all these podcasts religously:

WDW Radio I've listened to Lou since episode one of MouseTunes. The guy is a wealth of knowledge and information has a very good "radio voice". A very informative and interesting show.

WDW Today Great show and an invaluable tool for planning... plus, these guys have my cracking up laughing with every show!

Inside the Magic A very well produced show, has a very professional sound to it. Good news segment, and I've also listened to this one for quite some time... great show.

Meandering Mouse Hilarious! Just mainly walks around the parks, goes on rides, and gives his "color commentary" so to speak. Founded and hosts the "Disney Podcast Network"...

Mouse Lounge Just picked up on this one recently, and I gotta tell ya, if you are a Disney fan and you haven't listened to this podcast, subscribe NOW! This guy has so much audio content, alot of it rare, it's unbelievable. And not to take anything away from any of the other shows, but this guy's audio ride-thru's are the best I've ever heard.

Character Breakfast I love this show and the way it's "segmented". Sorcerer (owner of Sorcerer Radio on Live365), Pluto, Imagine, and Jeff the newsguy really have great chemistry, and their show is another one that has me laughing every week. This show gets better and better every week, so if you haven't listened in a while pick it back up and give it another shot...

Really, I've listened to just about every Disney podcast out there at one time or another, and these are the ones that have really stuck with me. I would like to listen to others, I just don't have the time. I struggle (happily) to get through these every week...

I've never heard of that one. I'll have to give it a shot!

I do like all of the others that you mentioned! You are right on the money with Character Breakfast!!

If you like older disney animation, check out the last couple of episodes of the MousePod Podcast over at the DPN.

I have gone out looking for the movies that Jesse and his recent ensamble of friends have been talking about.

Oooh oooh oooh, is it WDW Today merch wish list time? :yay:

I want to order a Scopa Towers cap sleeve ladies shirt! Like this but with the logo of our beloved Scopa Towers. :)
Scopa runs that store, but I'll pass along your message to him :upsidedow

Yay, thank you for passing that along!

I'm planning a surprise WDW trip for DS10 and myself in August, and since we're staying at POP part of the "reveal" strategy may include Scopa Towers merchandise.

I do so wish Cafe Press had more bags . . . I'd totally love a Scopa Towers fanny pack. How perfect would that be for a Disney geek?
