What Disney Book Is This?

I had it bookmarked, and my bookmarks got deleted!

It was part of a set of Disney guide books. The one I'm particularly looking for was kind of a journal-esque book. It had things like a page for each ride, where you could check off if you rode it, things where you filled out info about where you ate, what you did, etc. If anyone else knows what I'm talking about, any help would be really helpful!
