What did you want to be when you were little?

I wanted to be a lawyer, a vet, and a teacher. The nurse thing didn't come along til high school, and now that's what I'm in college for!

From the time I was about 5 until I was about 7, I wanted to be a "baby doctor"... basically, an obstetrician! I wanted to deliver babies. Very strange. I liked babies.

I wanted to be one of the solidgold dancers! I would dance and do cartwheels around the living room pretending to be them I would also MAKE my younger sister do dance routines with me! Then I wanted to be a cosmotologist... don't get that one, cause I can't stand touching someone elses hair And finally, I wanted to be a mom of a big family. I got my dream with that last one

This is totally crazy, but the only thing I ever wanted to do as a little girl was be a housewife and mother. (June Cleaver-style). I am a mommy but a housewife I was not meant to be. My butt has to be out in the rat race earning money. (or else we don't eat).

You know, wanting to be a stay at home mom isn't crazy. It's a full time job. I always wanted to be one, but things didn't work out that way.

I always said the same thing. I'm living my dream! (I do work part time usually at this point though.) I didn't have kids until I was 30 so I taught until then. I probably would have adopted if I'd stayed single.

In the UK when I was growing up, we had this show called Jim'll Fix It. This guy (Jim) would make kids wishes come true...nothing too big, just fun things that they wanted to do. I wrote to Jim and asked to be a rabbit for a day (I was three, my dad had to help me write it out...) I just wanted to try it out for a day before I made a committment to a career in being a rabbit. I waited and waited but never heard back about my dream

My little sister always wanted to work in a shoe store helping people try on shoes
