What did you rent Bonnet Creek for last August

|The last time I rented Bonnet Creek from someone on Ebay 2 years ago I was able to get 7 night for $599. I inquire a few Ebayers about it for this August and the best I got was $1300. Have the prices gone up that much? We need a 2 bedroom deluxe. Maybe I'm just looking too early. I think last time I started to look in May for August. any advise?
