Nothing but water since 8pm last night. I do a fasting thing. mostly intermittent at 8-10 hours at a time. But every Monday - Tuesday I fast for 24 hours.
I was eating strict KETO as well. I lost 45 pounds in two months. Now I just keep the carbs light and do the intermittent fasting and have been able to lose another 10 and kind of maintain from there.
