Somehow I missed the previous reference to Maryland crab cakes! Wow, they are yummy! We make do with Frozen ones from Sams, a Maryland brand and fry them gently according to package. Have some in our freezer now!

Yesterday we had salad and cheesesteaks. Didn’t realize that today is National Cheesesteak day according to local Philly station.
