I made cheesy rice and broccoli with a salad and some sliced 3 cheese sourdough bread. Dipped the bread in a super yummylicious olive oil and balsamic vinegar blend.

After 4 hours of dental work yesterday I wanted soup, but didn't have any canned soup in the house and didn't have the energy to either go to the store or make a batch. So instead I grabbed a soft hoagie roll, split it in half, slathered each side with pizza sauce, threw on some shredded cheese and bacon bots and tossed them in the oven for 5 minutes. It took less than 10 minutes to make and it didn't hurt my teeth, ftw.

I need to to do a trip report, I haven't before but this is a special trip so I think I might. We are staying at our timeshare, the Peacock Suites, I've got a PAP so we will get free parking.

I went to Chevy's Happy Hour, shared some chicken flautas with a friend and had too many chips with salsa, but I love the chips and salsa at Chevy's! LOL Had 2 peach Margaritas as well.

Indian Taco's are kind of like Tostadas, made on fry bread, instead of a tortilla.
