Steak fajitas with grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms, mozzarella.

I would assume a breakfast bowl was eggs, potatoes, cheese and sausage/ham/bacon.....that's how we make them. lol

Last night I took the leftover chicken and made it into a big salad, had mine with balsamic dressing and garlic bread. It was goooood!!!!!

Oven baked chicken tenders with garlic, capers and French spices, asparagus sauteed in butter, garlic, capers, cheesy rice a roni and sourdough bread rolls. we had lemon squares for dessert.

Last night I dined at The Cheese Cake Factory; Petite Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes.
For dessert, a slice of the Lady Godiva Chocolate Cheese Cake, with whipped cream of course, simply delicious!

Last night I had Burger King on my way out, the family had Panda......

I made a small casserole with some left over roast, veggies and mash potato on top. Had it with a side salad that had a whole avacado in it.

Gisele - Glad to hear you're not starving in light of the pink slime conspiracy. I was getting worried about you! Next time we make holiday cookies, will be glad to send them! Or veggie burgers. ;P


Those darn crescent rolls, we made little calzones out of them. Personally I don't touch them, I had a salad and clam chowder.

Michelada's are a Mexican thing, my Mom used to drink them all the time when I was a kid. It's beer, mixed with tomato juice (I actually use V8), the juice of a lime (1/4 of a lime per glass) and a bit of salt, they are very good. some places that make them add hot sauce, I skipped that part.

Last night I had leftover tacos, had there been any V8 left I would have had a Michelada but DBF finished it off the night before I guess......

Those darn crescent rolls, we made little calzones out of them. Personally I don't touch them, I had a salad and clam chowder.

Did that work or does the filling make the roll break?
