Chili con carne. I poured in the spices and let my 2yo stir it and he flung all the spices out. LOL So, I had to guess what to put back it. It turned out really well, though.

I had chicken Fajitas with a fresh Jalepeno in it and wow it came out hot.

barbecue or teriyaki sauce (don't know which)

brown rice

cooked apples smothered in cinnamon

Pierogies, now there's an idea. I don't even need to bother with allrecipes.com anymore for dinner ideas. This board is the place!

Oh and for dinner.....egg rolls and Asian noodles with stir fry veggies.

As and alternative to cheesesteaks to use the rest of the hogie rolls I made chicken and cheese sandwhiches. from my DS.

I had the Beef Kefta with Tzatzkiti sauce at DCA's Garden (?) restaurant near the Silly Symphony Swings. The two balls of spiced meat were huge and had flavor. The rice and cucumber salad were also good. The pita bread was a bit dried out. Would have been better if they lightly grilled it instead of trying to steam it.
