What did you have for dinner last night?

Meat and Potatos. In fact at least for lunch the last 4 days, it was always meat and potatoes. Boiled, baked, fried, and mashed. Why so many potatos. I was with friends. And granted they have a large garden, it isn't huge. But yields about 400lbs of potatoes each year.

I made some chiken stir fry. Mainly because I had bought a cabbage after St. Patricks day for a super low price. Went into the fridge a couple days ago and saw the 2 week old cabbage. So along with cabbage and chiken I added some carrot and onion. Worked pretty well.

Last night was quesidillas with 2 kinds of cheese, shredded leftover rotisserie chicken, black beans, red onion, tomato, green chilies & salsa

Tonight it is Super Nachos... Kind of in a mexican food mood... plus Nachos are easy after all day out in the pasture today.

We had a really late lunch and weren't that hungry come dinner time so we ran over to Dairy Queen and had ice cream for dinner.

Do you mean Brant did on the BBQ? If so I'm jelous I really want to get my BBQ out but it keeps snowing so much I don't want it to get crushed like has happened to me before.

Oh and I had some broiled elk steak with baby carrots and a terriyaki sauce on top of couse couse with wilted spinach.

Why Elk? What did they ever do to you? ;)

Last night I dined upon Murphy's Pepperoni with Pineapple Pizza! Yummy!

When they outnumber people, they can be considered a nuisance. And around me they do, some people deal with the problem by shooting them. I just get to taste the spoils.

Our deck is finally clear of all snow. We had ribeye's saturday night cooked on it and burgers last night.

The talk of using a BBQ in places where it snow makes me want my snow to melt quicker. Or at least have it stop accumalting.

I had chicken with artichokes simmered in white wine and spices. And just green beans on the side.

Tonight will be lasagna made in my new lasagna pan I bought this weekend. I will probably have garlic bread, and maybe salad with it.

Sounds tasty... if there are any leftovers, please ship next day air, please. :)

Last night was pizza.............. yes, i know, hard to believe. ;)

Roasted Pork Loin, green salad and a heard and olive iol on whole wheat pasta salad.
