What did you forget to pack for you Disney wedding/Disneymoon?

I am packing for my trip and I have packed all the regular stuff and I want to make sure I don't forget anything REALLY important. Was there anything that anyone forgot to pack for their wedding/honeymoon?

yes I did.. I had to meet my planner at Francks.. so I didn't even realize I had left it until my car was empty and it wasn't there..
I think my mom came down with about 5 different things.. but nothing as major as the vase!

I forgot to pay enough attention to things NOT related to the wedding!

I wound up at Wal-Mart and the outlets buying a couple of cute but regular nightgowns (so I could actually sleep, LOL) and a couple of casual outfits - less fancy than my honeymoon clothes - to run around the parks and run errands in for the couple of days before the ceremony.

I also forgot my "perfect color" nail polish!

My grandma forgot her wedding gown I kid you not.. . it was in a garment bag and she had 4 of the same garment bags and she grabbed the closest one turned out to be her sisters dress from her graduation! Luckily she didn't have an out of town wedding.

I think that if you have time you should make up a list of things you have to bring with you to the wedding. As you remember something add to the list, that way when its time to pack you can just check off your list when you pack the item away. That is what I am doing...lol. I am wayyyy obsessive compulsive

i remeber reading on someones trip report they she forgot her wedding dress. they were nearly at the airport and had to drive back. she made so many mental notes not to forget it that i guess she thought she had it!

I have so many sections to my list by now that I think it will take me more time to check my lists than to actually pack.
We are doing several of the marathon weekend race events before our VR, so I have the following lists:
WDW vacation (winter) packlist
WDW marathon weekend packlist
lasagna dinner packlist (we host a carb load dinner for ~20-25 people)
Dessert party
Vow Renewal
Honeymoon
Jenn & Andrew (our kids) WDW vacation (winter)
Jenn & Andrew (VR event packlist)
Orlando shopping list -- Costco and Target

On top of all of that, I have a daily checklist of what I have to have with me when I leave the room each morning based on our itinerary -- eventually, these lists will end up on notecards that are hole-punched and hooked together to be dropped in whatever bag I am carrying.

There are also lists of the various boxes to be packed/labeled/dropped off for our events. They are:
Dessert Party -- (i.e., centerpieces, table tents, favors, chocolates)
VR ceremony -- (ie programs, memorial candle, "vase" for programs)
Pre-reception/reception (i.e., guestbook, toasting flutes, server & knife)

Oh, and there is a checklist for what has to be recovered from the reception area afterwards.

Does anyone think I'm a bit compulsive?

I forgot my flat iron so my hair wouldn't be so puffy all week. Not too big of a deal as most days I wore my minnie bride ears and a ponytail anyway, but my hair could have looked better the night of our rehearsal dinner...

It is old - I think from 2004, maybe?

I always keep it and a few of my other special "Cindy" pins on a short pink lanyard. They're not for trading, but too pretty to keep put away!

*Make a photocopy of passport and driver license to carry, and scan/email another copy to yourself. That way, if you lose these documentations, you'll have some form of proof and will be easier to get the replacement
*Make list of all important phone number for TA, WC, flight number, etc.
*Make list of all guest room numbers, phone numbers, etc.
*Call your credit card companies and inform them you will be in Mexico so they do not freeze your account due to suspicious activity.
*Inform your bank you will be in Mexico, if you plan on using your ATM card. You can ask them to temporarily raise the max on how much you can withdraw per day.
*Pre write Thank you notes to vendors and envelopes for tips

Wow! I sure am glad that I'm not flying! That many bags would be expensive to fly with.
