Happy Xmas everyone!
So, we have just booked to go to WDW for next Xmas and New Year for the first time and we need some ideas!
What did you do this Xmas Eve/Xmas Day? Where did you eat? Anything you would recommend or not?!!
Would love to hear all about it and see some photos!

We are heading home tomorrow :sad1: This was our first Christmas at WDW and we had a wonderful time!:goodvibes

On Christmas Eve we:
-Spent the morning at Epcot until noon.
-Headed back to our resort (Wilderness Lodge), lunch at Roaring Forks, rested in our room for an hour.
-Went to FW where we rented a golf cart and explored the area.
-Went to the early HDDR show
-Back on our golf cart for a few more hours to check out the campers Xmas decorations
-Back to our resort for the evening. Watched Wishes from our room balcony.

Christmas Day:-Breakfast at WCC
-Went to MK for 3 hours for some light touring
-Back to our resort for lunch and relaxing
-Dinner & Wishes at CA Grill

That sounds wonderful! Did CG have a special Xmas Day menu? Would love to see some pictures if you have any!

We're here right now! For Christmas Eve, we went to MK in the morning, relaxed at our resort, had dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse, and walked over to HS for the Osborne Lights. We had wanted to bring our daughter to Epcot to see Santa and Mrs. Claus (who are FANTASTIC), but she informed us that "I already saw Santa!" at DTD earlier in the week.

On Christmas we went to MK in the morning and left around 1:30. Our daughter passed out hard at 12:45 in her stroller so we took the monorail to GF to see their decorations and get some gingerbread cookies. We relaxed at our hotel and then took the boat to Wilderness Lodge for holiday dinner at Whispering Canyon. We chose it specifically because they offered a Christmas dinner of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, etc. It was good but not great.

You'll have a blast no matter what, it's awesome here during Christmas!

We just got back today. :(

On Christmas Eve, we had an "off day" (no parks). We exchanged Christmas presents (since we knew we'd be getting up early the next morning), lounged around the pool, and had dinner at Cali Grill.

On Christmas Day, we went to AK-- BEST park that day! No crowds in the morning at all. Then dinner at Trails End at Fort Wilderness (not good-- will skip next time.)

We will be arriving early 12/26 this year. What park do you suggest for 12/26 (day after xmas)? :)

We did Christmas in 2010 and will be doing it again this year.

Christmas Eve - Magic Kingdom Day - BBB and dinner at CRT. We had a window seat at CRT and watched the fireworks through the window. It was a very nice Christmas Eve.

Christmas Day - Santa visited us at Coronado Springs, so we did the normal Christmas morning stuff in our room. That evening, we ate at Les Chefs de France with the Candlelight Processional package, so we saw the program then watched Illuminations from the reserved area. It was crowded, but since we had set plans, we weren't trying to ride rides or fight the crowds.
