I thought it may be neat to see about what everyone did to get moving in 2008....and some goals for 2009.
WHAT I DID:
I log ALL my WOs on BeginnerTriathlete.com so it is easy to see totals. I copied and pasted ALL my totals. The running minutes are a bit off b/c I don't time all my runs.
Bike: 87h 45m 11s - 1713 Mi
Run: 138h 22m 41s - 1098 Mi
Swim: 19h 38m 12s - 57409 Yd - 32ish miles
Strength: 8h 50m
Core Training: 45m
Dancing: 188h 30m
Home Improvement: 5h 00m
Misc.: 16h 00m
Physical Therapy: 45m
Rowing: 10m
Stretching: 2h 15m
Swimming - Other: 4h 00m
Treading Water: 15m
Walking: 1h 20m
Yard Work: 9h 30m
Yoga: 1h 10m
Goals for 2009:More swim time!
2000+ miles on the bike
1200 miles for the run
Sub 4 marathon?!?! Yes I am still working on that.
To Hydrate and stretch much more!
Anyone else keep up with miles or have goals?
