I was at the Grand Opening on the 18th. We (my friends and I) were lucky enough to be in the first 100 in and got to watch them drop the Hogwarts Envelope and see the cast. It was the most incredible thing ever. I don't have pictures of everything I bought but I will try and do my best to remember everything. My friend and I did a video showing everything we got and reviewing it a bit and told the prices. When we get it up on youtube I'll post it.

There's definitely a Snape pin, I've seen several pictures of that.

I'm really surprised by the amount of Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw merchandise you can get online. That must mean there is even more available in the park. I think it would be absurd for fans of those two houses to expect anywhere near the amount of merch available for Griff and Slytherin, but I think they should be pretty content with what actually came out.

I have to aslo recommend the WBShop. I got a pair of the Luna Lovegood glasses for my g/f to wear when we go to WWoHP. From what I can tell, they look much better than the ones at the park. Also just got the plush Monster Book of Monsters thanks to a suggestion from a poster her on the board. Don't want to knock WWoHP merch, because I can't wait to buy a ton of stuff there, but WBShop also has some pretty cool stuff as well.

I also love Snape and there is a pin. I was going to get it but I was already buying his wand and decided to get just the house pins. I want to say I saw a keychain too. They were either in Filch's Emporium or Dervish and Banges.

Keychain is great, too! Will get that for sure. But I am a pin collector, so I'll be on the hunt for that pin!

When I was there the line for Ollivander's was way more insane than FJ. FJ's wait was 40 minutes and the Ollivander's line was like 3 or 4 hours. However, you can buy character wands and such in Dervish and Banges.

I bought a "Wizarding World of Harry Potter" t-shirt with gold print on it.

And I got loads of Butterbeer while I was in the park! Definitely recommend the frozen Butterbeer over the non-frozen though.

Also Shepard's Pie from the Three Broomsticks is AMAZING!! Tried the Rotisserie Chicken also but it wasn't as tasty as the Shepard's pie.

I wanted a pygmy puff but it was so crowded I couldn't find them, so I'll be getting one next time I go back.

I bought a WWOHP shirt and griffindor shirt with the number 7 on it, a DA keychain, 1 chocolate frog, pumpkin juice, a chocolate frog, butterbeer, and Hermione's wand.

We went on 6/30 at opening and skipped the dash for the line at Olivander's for FJ. Filch's Emporium was packed but not nearly as claustrophobic as Dervish and Bangs. We went twice to scope out the wands and found out much to my DS's disappointment that they were sold out of all of the major characters wands! The only ones that remained were Neville and Professor MacGonagall. We went back to the stand-alone cart they have outside of the Castle and found that they had light up wands for $40 that were Hermoine and Voldermort. So we went back to the wand shop and purchased the birthday one. The shop was miserably tight and some parents were literally stepping over children in a rush to get up to the shelves.
I did see quite a few dragon figurines and plush dragons as well as t-shirts with the dragons on them. I know they had a dragon figurine for each of the Tri-wizard dragons because I showed them to my DS and was surprised when he didn't want one.

Yes.They have 2 different ones. One is just in the house colors and the other has the house crest and the colors.

edit: I forgot... I got spectrospecs too. The day I went, one of the store managers was handing them out to customers accidentally, until another manager told him that he was supposed to hand those out to the employees. Whoops

I have no idea. My dd bought it the day I was in the hotel resting from heat exhaustion.

Oh and I was wrong about there being 2 ties..there is ONE tie but two different scarves. Sorry about that.

When we were there (beginning of June, so a lot may have changed) they also had the ties in the Port of Entry store at the entrance to IOA. Far less crowds!
